Classes

All classes have an "Intellectual Wisdom" Lecture followed by an "Experiential Wisdom" Lab. All classes are limited at 15 participants to ensure sufficient time for high-quality, personal feedback for each participant.

How To Prepare for Class: Wear comfy clothes that allow for movement, bring Yoga mat, Yoga block, and foam roller

Pelvic Floor Health

Intellectual Wisdom: Lecture 

  • Basic Anatomy and function of the pelvic floor 

  • Common symptoms and signs of pelvic floor dysfunction 

  • Self assessment 

  • Informed habits for a healthier pelvic floor

Experiential Wisdom: Exercise Lab 

  • Find awareness and coordination  

  • Core function 

  • Deep hip rotators

  • Take home printout provided

  • Personal feedback on how to perform exercise may be provided (if desired by participant) to find how each movement feels in your body

Spine Movement

Intellectual Wisdom: Lecture 

  • Anatomy and Kinesiology of the Spine

  • Modern-day Posture

  • Common Muscle Imbalances 

​

Experiential Wisdom: Exercise Lab 

  • Neuromuscular Warm-up  

  • Injury Prevention (head movement, spinal waves, back bends)

  • Exercises for Mobility and Stability

  • Take home printout provided

  • Personal feedback on how to perform exercise may be provided (if desired by participant) to find how each movement feels in your body
